Johnathan Brownlee is an award-winning Canadian/American executive producer, director and writer with a diverse, international body of work spanning over 20+ years. His feature films, documentaries, scripted and unscripted broadcast television and commercials have been viewed in theaters and on televisions in over 100 countries, 14 languages and appeared on every major network and many specialty channels in the United States and Canada including; NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, HBO, Showtime, Bravo, Global TV, HGTV and PBS.
Johnathan has created digital content and brand films for major corporations and leading online companies including Home Depot, Carnival Corporation, Ford, American Airlines, Wal-Mart, Omni Hotels & Resorts, TheDailyMeal.com and charitable and educational organizations including; The Salvation Army, Boy Scouts, Amnesty International, World Wildlife Fund, Greenpeace, American Humane Society, Toronto Humane Society, Foster Parents Plan (The Plan), The Shlenker School and KIPP Schools, to name a few.

He has served on the First Credit Union’s Community Board as Vice Chair and as the LA representative for the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television.
Johnathan has taught, lectured and consulted at some of the finest institutions including Harvard, MIT, Boston College, Vancouver Film School, LA Film School, Brandeis University, Wellesley College, NYU, University of Toronto and Dallas’ prestigious Booker T. Washington High School for the Arts.
